Welcome to Signature Cakes & Confectionery, LLC.

Recently we've found it necessary to divide our company in half. 

Signature Cakes will continue to feature our fine custom cakes for all occasions, while our new site, Chocolaterie Maya, will provide our confectionery treats and artistic pieces. 

If you think you're familiar with the name Chocolaterie Maya, YOU ARE !   The now cult film, Chocolat, featuring Johnny Depp and Juliette Binoche centered its plot around the operations of a specialty chocolate shop in the village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain in Burgundy, France. 

Our shop will continue the legend.  We will feature Vianne's specialty chocolates of "pepper triangles", "nipples of venus", "mandiants" and others. Our Newsletter will bring you up date on Roux and Vianne's travels with Anouk and a whole lot more.

We've just moved in, so please be patient.   We expect to be up to full production by the New Year.
